All items are sold as is. As each item is unique in shape and design please allow and expect some slight changes in color variation and size. 

If you are placing an order for instore pickup from our Portsmouth location, please allow up to 48 hours for pickup.

Please allow up to 72 hours for any refunds on items that may be out of stock.

Please note, all sales are final, and we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. You agree to our Purchase Terms when you place an order with us.

All returns need to be approved before you ship back any items.

We will always try to send you a replacement first once we have received the returned item. If a replacement is not available, then we may offer you an exchange for another treasure or you can choose store credit.

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please contact us with items, description of damage, and photos. We will be happy to replace or exchange any damaged items received.

We may revise and discontinue products at any time. We reserve the right to limit order quantity at any time without notice. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Some items may take up to 2 weeks to ship.
